    Hmmm…For your next patch (to increase te RM2k9) u can put:

    - Support to .GIF images;

    - Change the initial coordinates from the box at the title screen;

    - Change the buttons (Ex: The main button is “Enter”, make it optional to change for “D” or “A”);

    - Menu maganer (Put images on the main menu, put extras menus, etc.);

    - And for last, more than 50 pics ;) .

    Just it, good luck with the patch!!!

      - Support to .GIF images;

      Will never work, because this would mean nearly complete re-writing of the graphics engine.

      - Change the initial coordinates from the box at the title screen;

      You can use Hyper Patcher 1 for that.

      - Change the buttons (Ex: The main button is “Enter”, make it optional to change for “D” or “A”);

      You can use Power Patch Compact for that.

      - Menu maganer (Put images on the main menu, put extras menus, etc.);

      This is a feature of the RM2k3 Revolution Patch which is currently in development.

      - And for last, more than 50 pics ;) .

      You can use Hyper Patcher 2 for that.

      Best regards,
      Cherry

        When i say this, i wanna say INSIDE the rm2k9, without others programs, understand?

          It is inside RM2k. All you need to do is patch/addons. Save Cherry some work by doing some manual patching. Those tools already exist. If you’re going to be lazy, then there’s no need for you to have what you want.

          Other than him, awesome stuff here.

    You can’t make your portable Audio-CD player play DVD movies by installing a DVD burner at your PC.

    Similarly, you can’t make the game engine, for example, read and display GIF files by letting the editor display them!

    And since RM2k9U should be flexible and should not change the game engine, these things are not possible with RM2k9U alone.

    Hello Cherry,

    I’m fan of all what you’ve done so I wanted to encourage you !
    I wonder me how you do all these things and I want to be like you! Which language do you have learned to do all that ?

    Best Regards!

      Thank you!

      Mostly Assembler and FreeBasic, but you could do these things with other languages too.
