Some time ago, I said it would never be possible to use pictures in the standard battle system of RPG Maker 2000/2003. Well, I was wrong – I just had no idea how to do it. Now I had. So, I created the PicsInBattle-Patch!

You can download it here: PicsInBattle-Patch v1.00

After creating the patch, there was the problem how to get picture commands into battle events. Generally, it was possible using the Battle Event Converter, but this way was very difficult, because the converter can only convert a whole event page.

After some research, I was able to create a new tool called Event Mixer, which allows you to mix all kinds of event commands as you wish.

You can download it here: [Download not found]

Enjoy!

Is the event mixer necessary, or can we just create the events as common events and then call them in battle?

In RM2k3, you can do that too, of course.

Yes, but unfortunately there is a critical bug, so I have locked the download at the moment. I am currently on vacation, when I am back, I will continue development.

    Best regards,
